简历:

   周兵博士现任中国科学院上海药物研究所研究员,课题组长。研究工作主要集中在药物化学、天然产物全合成以及合成方法学研究方面。迄今为止,共发表文章44篇,总影响因子共计约190,总引用次数共计约850余次。其中以通讯作者在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.; Chem. Commu.; Org. Lett.; Chem. Eur. J.等国际学术期刊发表文章20余篇。署名4篇国际专利,6篇国内授权专利,其中做为核心发明人申请的bromodomain 抑制剂的专利已经成功转让给美国生物制药公司Medivation

科研成果:

1)设计合成一类新颖的小分子BET Bromodomain的抑制剂,在多个SCID小鼠移植瘤模型中,口服给药之后,表现出优异抗癌疗效。该Bromodomain抑制剂的专利已经成功转让给美国Medivation公司。
2)合成了一系列具有C14-α羟基的雷公藤内酯醇结构衍生物,在保持了良好的活性的同时,明显地降低了雷公藤内酯醇的毒副作用。在PC-3小鼠移植瘤模型中,肿瘤体积明显缩小,表现出优异抗癌疗效。
3)完成了7个天然产物的全合成研究,包括雷公藤内酯醇,雷公藤内酯二醇,红藻氨酸,Goniomitine,紫草酸,1-脱氧野尻霉素和井冈霉烯胺。
4)发展了一系列三价铑催化的碳氢键活化并偶联极性或非极性多重键的方法学。
