简历:

1999年博士毕业于中科院上海药物研究所,在美国俄勒冈健康科学大学任博士后及助理教授期间,曾经研发出治疗多发性硬化症的融合蛋白药物,并在美国完成I期临床。2009年加入的美国礼来公司的生物技术药物发现研究部,专业从事抗体药物的筛选和表征工作,是礼来上市药物白介素17抗体的研发团队成员。2015年回国共建中科院上海药物研究所生物技术药物研发中心,负责抗体药物的前期研发工作。现承担国家新药创制重大专项、中科院重大科技先导专项及国家自然科学基金等新药研发及基础研究项目。科技部“双创人才”。
